This circle with its characters is identically the same with the above-described XIV circle and with another counting V from the centre. Only the inscriptions on the three circles are in different portions, so that, for instance, the first character of the XIV circle (inner row) is nearly East, that of the V Circle nearly E.S.E., whilst the first of the lX circle is between them.
